The MGA0800 air conditioning module mounts on the totem cabinet door and is fixed with M5 screws. This page covers unpacking, mechanical mounting and electrical connections (power, RS485 and the alarm dry contact).
The installation diagram in the manual is for reference only. Determine the actual installation scheme according to the real operating environment.

Unpacking and inspection

1

Prepare tools

Prepare a knife and scissors, and wear protective gloves.
2

Remove the packaging

Remove the wrapping film and packing belt, then the carton, and take out the air conditioner.
3

Check the contents

Check the accessory list and accessory bags in the carton and confirm the air conditioner model is correct.
  • After unpacking, keep the unit upright. Do not lay it horizontally or upside down.
  • Check carefully for damage or oil stains. If the unit shows obvious deformation or oil stains, contact the manufacturer immediately.
  • If the product will not be installed right away or must be transported elsewhere, repack it after inspection.
  • Recycling the packaging materials is recommended.

Mechanical installation

Tool required: Phillips screwdriver.
1

Prepare the cutout

Choose the cutout location on the cabinet according to the drilling diagram, remove the shaded area and make the mounting hole.
2

Fix the unit

Bring the unit flange against the cabinet door and fix it firmly to the mounting surface with M5 screws.
3

Check the installation

Check that the unit is level and firmly fixed.
  • Check that the condensate drain path is clear and not blocked.
  • When positioning the mounting hole, make sure no internal components block the air inlet and outlet inside the cabinet. Keep a horizontal distance of more than 150 mm between them; otherwise return air can short-circuit and cooling becomes poor.
  • Handle the unit carefully to avoid knocks and scratches to its surface coating.
