# Pre-installed Software Overview for Digital Totems

> Your digital totem arrives with Windows activated, SITEKIOSK ONLINE, and DIGIMAP pre-installed. Learn what each application does and how to access it.

Your digital totem is delivered with a fully configured software environment — the operating system, kiosk management platform, and interactive map application are all pre-installed and ready to use. No additional software installation or licensing steps are required for basic operation. The sections below describe each pre-installed component, what it does, and how to interact with it.

## Windows Operating System

Your totem runs a genuine, pre-installed, and activated copy of Microsoft Windows.

* **Pre-installed and activated** — Windows is fully licensed and activated out of the box. You do not need to purchase an additional licence or enter a product key.
* The operating system is configured to work seamlessly with the kiosk software stack, with appropriate startup behaviour and user account settings already in place.

## SITEKIOSK ONLINE

SITEKIOSK ONLINE is a professional kiosk management and software-locking platform that keeps your totem secure and operating as intended.

* **Online management** — administer your totem remotely through the SITEKIOSK online administration panel without needing physical access to the device.
* **Display restrictions** — configure which applications, websites, and content are accessible to end users on the public-facing interface.
* **Operating system protection** — prevent unauthorized access to the underlying Windows environment, ensuring that visitors interact only with the intended kiosk interface.
* **Screen saver settings** — configure screen-saving behaviour to prevent burn-in on the display panel during periods of inactivity.

## DIGIMAP by Totemdigital

DIGIMAP is a customized interactive map application developed by Totem Digital Romania, designed to help visitors navigate your venue or location with ease.

* **Pre-configured for your location** — DIGIMAP is set up specifically for your site before delivery, so the map content reflects your actual environment.
* **Interactive interface** — end users can explore points of interest, find directions, and access location-specific information directly on the totem screen.
